Dentro de las bebidas alcohólicas, tenemos muchas variedades y como en todo en la vida, para todo, para gusto los colores, y es que hay personas que son mas de un lado de algunas bebidas que de otras, puesto que hay personas que les gusta mas las bebidas suaves, otros que les gustan bebidas algo mas fuertes o puras y que de cierta manera hay que entender que hay bebidas que se pueden o no combinar con algunas otras cosas para dar con algo a otro nivel algunas veces.
Y es que, por ejemplo, hay a quien le gusta tomarse su cerveza tranquilamente, mientras que hay otros que les gusta agregarle cosas para hacerla una “michelada”, otros que prefieren por ejemplo el ron seco, pero como siempre digo para los gustos colores y habemos quienes nos gusta por ejemplo solo con hielo, como si fuera un whiskey a las rocas.
Una de estas preparaciones puede ser el popular ponche de crema venezolano, en el cual hay quienes usan por ejemplo algún ron blanco para su preparación, pero otros acusan de que con el ron ámbar o el tradicional, este agarra un mejor sabor, pero si que hay algo que puedo decir con propiedad y es que hay una amiga que prepara uno con un brandy que, si que eleva esta bebida a otro nivel sinceramente, pues este sabor propio del brandy combinado con el brebaje original de este es algo único que no se puede describir.
Pero al igual que en la cocina, muchas veces es cosa de invención y creatividad, para poder dar con estas recetas que pueden darnos unas auténticas joyitas, y que, como todo, con moderación, pues las bebidas alcohólicas no son un juego, y respetar a las personas que quieran o no consumir estas, pero sí que hay algo último a recordar, cuando hay refresco, ese es el refresco del ron, ese no se toca jaja.
