Hay cosas que quizás pueden ir más en el estilo de unos más que en el estilo de otros, pues, pueden ser de cierta manera ideas que se tenían desde hace un buen tiempo o que quizás fueron evolucionando con el tiempo, o porque no una idea loca de esas que uno puede tener y “reservar” de cierta manera para alguna ocasión en particular.
Y es que hace un tiempo hablando de lo que podría ser el caso hipotético de tener dos o más propiedades, que “concepto” le pondrían para que, de cierta manera, estas puedan ser particulares y que llamen la atención de alguna manera, pues de casas o de apartamentos “aburridos” o cuadrados hay por doquier y con ello simplemente se busca llamar la atención.
Y un amigo que siempre anda en un chiste y en una cosa, soltó una “perlita” diciendo que él por su parte, él buscaría comprar una casa en Maracaibo o algún otro lado del estado Zulia, y hacerle un trabajo en el exterior para que esta sea una “casa en llamas”, pues de cierta manera, hacer una burla a lo que sería el calor que es más que constante en esta zona del país y hacerla una casa icónica del lugar.
Aún más si se tiene en cuenta lo extravagante que suelen ser estos y con ello quizás aportar una idea de crear un negocio con dicha fachada, que demuestre o genere interés en todos por el ya mencionado lugar, que, aunque suena a una idea un poco “loca” tiene cierto sentido, pero sinceramente veo y vimos varios en el lugar que quizás esta idea está un poquito pasada.
Pero teniendo en cuenta que en el mismo estado y en otros de Venezuela hay casas bien particulares como casas con diseño de barco, y alguno que otro diseño “raro”, hacer está para un tema de negocios a fin de cuenta parece más una gran idea de marketing que un simple gusto alocado de algún ciudadano común.
En lo personal, yo en cuanto a lo que podría ser una casa con un concepto particular, sería una que es el sueño de todo amante de los carros, y este no es otro que una casa normal, solamente que posea un amplio garaje para hacer todo lo que pueda ser necesario para autos propios y de amigos, porque ¿a quién no le gustaría algo así?

Even more so if you take into account how extravagant these are usually and with this perhaps bring an idea of creating a business with such a facade, which demonstrates or generates interest in everyone for the aforementioned place, which, although it sounds a little "crazy" idea makes some sense, but honestly I see and we saw several in the place that maybe this idea is a little bit overdone.
But taking into account that in the same state and in others in Venezuela there are very particular houses with boat design, and some other "weird" designs, doing this for business purposes seems more a great marketing idea than a simple crazy taste of a common citizen.
Personally, as for what could be a house with a particular concept, I would be one that is the dream of every car lover, and this is none other than a normal house, only that has a large garage to do everything that may be necessary for own cars and friends, because who would not like something like that?
