Algunas veces vemos como las leyes o cuerpos que la ejercen no actúan de una manera que puede ser la correcta, puesto que por ejemplo en nuestros países tercermundistas, es común ver como en algunos casos los agentes hacen justicia propia y como muchas veces solo buscan meter miedo y esposar a alguien para simplemente buscar algún dinero extra por algún trato sucio y luego soltarlo, pues es conocido que el salario que perciben no les da para vivir.
Sumado a esto el daño social que hay es suficiente para hacer que no sean correctos con los lineamientos y que junto a esto impere una “ley” propia de cada uno, que puede o no hacer lo correcto y que gracias a esto en vez de guardárseles un respeto sean hasta despreciados por las personas al ver una figura de “autoridad” y que en vez de muchas veces buscar seguridad en ellos sea desplazada esta opción por el hecho de que quizás estos sean hasta delincuentes de cierta manera.
Lo cierto es que no es algo de data reciente, pues es una descomposición sistemática que hay desde hace años y que con la crisis que por ejemplo vemos en mi país Venezuela se acentúe mucho más este tipo de fenómeno en el que vemos qué gracias al comportamiento que estos ofrecen, haya jóvenes que al salir de la secundaria busquen integrarse a las filas solo por hacer lo mismo que otros hacen y no hablo precisamente de ser un oficial correcto con lo que la ley demanda sino todo lo contrario y es lamentable ver esta motivación en los jóvenes.

Added to this the social damage that exists is enough to make them not be correct with the guidelines and that along with this prevails a "law" of each one, which may or may not do the right thing and thanks to this instead of being kept a respect they are even despised by people to see a figure of "authority" and that instead of often seek security in them this option is displaced by the fact that perhaps these are even criminals in a certain way.
The truth is that it is not something recent, it is a systematic decomposition that has been going on for years and that with the crisis that we see in my country Venezuela, for example, this type of phenomenon is much more accentuated in which we see that thanks to the behavior that they offer, there are young people who upon leaving high school seek to join the ranks just to do the same as others do and I am not talking about being a correct officer with what the law demands but quite the opposite and it is unfortunate to see this motivation in young people.
