Algunas cosas que vemos dentro de las opiniones comunes es que cuando pensamos en una casa adicional o la casa de ensueños muchos piensan en una casa que esté frente al mar, pero yo siempre que le doy vuelta a las cosas en el sentido que lo pienso y reviso varias veces, pues me gusta comprobar las cosas muchas veces por saber de qué sirve tal o cual cosa.
Y es que una casa frente al mar, dependiendo de la ubicación, son muchas veces casas algo costosas, pero mas allá del valor lo pienso también en el costo del mantenimiento, pues muchas veces hay cosas como que lo metálico sufre mucho por el tema del salitre o la corrosión y que aún más allá, lo que es para mi mas importante de cierta manera el punto de los desastres naturales.
Pero no hay que quitarle que por lo menos para pasar unas noches o unos días, sí que están de lujo, puesto que, entre las vistas, lo que puede ser el paraje, los vientos, la tranquilidad y esa energía que poseen estos lugares, pues son ambientes dinámicos y muy versátil, pues ¿a quién no le gusta la playa?
Pero sí que considero que si fuera a tener una casa nueva, dudo que una casa en la playa gane su terreno en mi lista, ya que lo antes dicho, el mantenimiento es lo que mas me hace echarla a un lado, puesto que por ejemplo en Venezuela el tema del desastre natural no es tan factible en le caso de tsunamis o similar, por el aspecto geográfico en el que estamos envueltos en el norte de nuestro país.

Some things that we see within the common opinions is that when we think of an additional house or the dream house many think of a house that is facing the sea, but I always turn things around in the sense that I think about it and check several times, because I like to check things many times to know what is the use of this or that thing.
And is that a house in water front of the sea, depending on the location, are often somewhat expensive houses, but beyond the value I also think about the cost of maintenance, because many times there are things like that the metal suffers a lot by the issue of saltpeter or corrosion and even beyond that, which is for me more important in some ways the point of natural disasters.
But we must not take away that at least to spend a few nights or a few days, yes they are luxury, since, between the views, what can be the place, the winds, the tranquility and the energy that these places have, because they are dynamic and very versatile environments, because who does not like the beach?
But I do consider that if I were to have a new house, I doubt that a house on the beach would win its place on my list, since what I said before, the maintenance is what most makes me throw it aside, since for example in Venezuela the issue of natural disaster is not so feasible in the case of tsunamis or similar, due to the geographical aspect in which we are involved in the north of our country.
