Quien no ha pensado o soñado muchas veces en un proyecto de lo que podría ser tu casa ideal, en la que pienses que sería la distribución correcta y todo lo que quisieras tener en habitaciones y demás, y es que muchas veces, tenemos algo específico para todos, ya que todos, tenemos gustos y preferencias particulares, dependiendo el estilo de vida que tengamos, o simplemente sueños distintos.
Por lo que, por ejemplo, si nos guiamos por algunas cosas, al a mí gustarme tanto los carros cualquiera pudiera suponer que quisiera un piso dedicado a todo lo que sería un garaje y pues sí, pero a la vez no, ya que no centraría mi casa en que fuera un taller, por lo que, dentro de la estructura, no contemplo un garaje como tal sino simplemente un lugar donde albergar el carro y nada más.
Ya siendo más específico, me encantaría un jardín de flores pequeñas y abundantes en la entrada de la casa y una casa modesta, nada del otro mundo, con uno o dos pisos, algo con buena altura para aprovechar las bondades de una estructura alta, con referencia a la ventilación e iluminación, ventanas grandes y como no una habitación para trabajar y la infaltable habitación de los objetos que siempre tenemos arrimados por casa, ya que es algo que todos tenemos queramos o no jajaja.
Puesto que en la disposición del piso 0, me gustaría la cocina, un baño, una sala con comedor y un cuarto o estudio, y arriba simplemente un “Family room” los cuartos y baños necesarios en los que se pueda optimizar el espacio del área de construcción al máximo, ya que es vital a la hora de sacarle el mayor provecho a cada metro cuadrado, teniendo en cuenta el costo que puede tener todo esto en la actualidad.

Being more specific, I would love a small and abundant flower garden at the entrance of the house and a modest house, nothing fancy, with one or two floors, something with good height to take advantage of the benefits of a tall structure, with reference to ventilation and lighting, large windows and of course a room to work and the inevitable room for the objects that we always have lying around the house, as it is something we all have whether we want or not hahaha.
Since in the layout of floor 0, I would like the kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with dining room and a bedroom or study, and upstairs simply a "Family room" the necessary rooms and bathrooms in which you can optimize the space of the construction area to the maximum, as it is vital when it comes to get the most out of every square meter, taking into account the cost that can have all this today.
