Hay personas que admiran o hasta cierto punto idolatran a otras, por ser por ejemplo un gran artista, o una persona que se dedica a ser “influencer” o por destacar dentro de alguna industria y lo colocan en cierto punto en un pedestal en el que creen que solo puede estar alguien igual a este tipo de personas nada más.
Cuando en realidad cada una de estas personas o de estos “personajes” no es más que solo un tipo normal que gracias a algún esfuerzo, dedicación y trabajo pudo posicionarse en ese lugar y destacar sobre otros en esta industria, pues este es el éxito de esas personas y pues no son “dioses” o algo por el estilo simplemente son buenos en lo que hacen y han ganado cierta reputación en el medio.
Tal como por ejemplo podemos decir que Cristiano o Messi son los mejores jugadores del mundo, es cierto, pero estos no son los mejores porque sean unos dioses o algo por el estilo, sino que simplemente desde chicos se pusieron para ello entrenando y mejorando día a día para poder destacar y si bien es cierto que hay algunos casos que hay personas que poseen alguna facilidad por encima de otros, es necesario en nuestro caso descubrir cuál es esa facilidad o “ventaja” para sacarle el mayor provecho posible.
Pues si leemos un poco por ahí encontraremos que para ser bueno en algo en específico hace falta tener “encima” unas 10000 horas para poder destacar en algo, conocerlo a fondo y tener el conocimiento necesario para “nadar” libremente en algo y esto es lo que hace que por ejemplo veamos casos de personas que se dedican a algo en específico y pueden ser unos auténticos genios de ese tema.
Es por ello que pienso que sí, todos tenemos un talento a explotar, y debemos hallarlo para sacarle el mejor provecho, sea cual sea, y si este nos puede ayudar en nuestros trabajos, o simplemente a contribuir con algo bueno, es perfecto, porque al final de alguna manera u otra nos puede recompensar esto.
Y de esta manera podremos “aterrizar” la idea de que no podemos ser como tal o cual “famoso” o persona destacada, solo hace falta dedicarse a o avocarse a aprender y reforzar día con día el conocimiento para poder destacar en aquello que queramos y quien sabe si luego podremos ser como aquellos que admiramos, pero enfocados en nuestra área, cosa que no es muy complicada con la repercusión y la exposición actual en redes sociales.

Just as for example we can say that Cristiano or Messi are the best players in the world, it is true, but these are not the best because they are gods or something like that, but simply since they were kids they put themselves for it training and improving every day to stand out and while it is true that there are some cases that there are people who have some facility above others, it is necessary in our case to discover what that facility or "advantage" is to make the most of it.
Well, if we read a little bit around we will find that to be good at something specific it is necessary to have "on top" about 10000 hours to excel in something, to know it thoroughly and have the necessary knowledge to "swim" freely in something and this is what makes us see cases of people who are dedicated to something specific and can be true geniuses in that subject.
That is why I think that yes, we all have a talent to exploit, and we must find it to get the best out of it, whatever it is, and if it can help us in our jobs, or simply to contribute with something good, it is perfect, because in the end in some way or another this can reward us.
And in this way we can "land" the idea that we can not be like this or that "famous" or prominent person, we just need to dedicate ourselves to or devote ourselves to learn and reinforce day by day the knowledge to excel in what we want and who knows if then we can be like those we admire, but focused on our area, which is not very complicated with the impact and current exposure in social networks.
