ESTADOS DE CONCIENCIA
La locura preguntó a la conciencia:
Qué edad tienes?
Esta contesta: _ La suma de todas las locuras
más los juicios de los cuerdos.
Porque la conciencia es un estado mental
y no juzga a ninguno por su manera de pensar.
Acaso yo soy consciente?
_En tu estado mental, sí
porque es tu mundo propio
es otra dimensión que los cuerdos no entendemos.
Y por qué los manicomios?
_Son como asilos, así lo entendemos los cuerdos
esperando que superen ese estado inquieto
y puedan regresar a esa otra dimensión.
Por qué crees que nuestro estado de conciencia
está fuera de la conciencia de los "cuerdos?
_No es estar fuera. Convivimos en diferentes
dimensiones de la conciencia.
Seguimos siendo humanos
y como humanos debemos tratarnos.
Podría decir, que de aquél lado están los locos
y del nuestros los cuerdos?
_ Si hablamos de estado de conciencia, sí.
STATES OF CONSCIOUSNESS
Madness asked conscience:
How old are you?
It answers: _The sum of all madness
plus the judgments of the sane.
Because conscience is a state of mind
and judges no one by their way of thinking.
Am I conscious?
_In your state of mind, yes
because it's your own world
it's another dimension that we sane people don't understand.
And why mental hospitals?
_They're like asylums, that's how we sane people understand it
hoping they'll overcome that restless state
and be able to return to that other dimension.
Why do you think our state of consciousness
is outside the consciousness of the "sane"?
_It's not like being outside. We coexist in different
dimensions of consciousness.
We are still human
and we should treat each other as humans.
Could I say that the crazy ones are on that side
and the sane ones are on ours?
_If we're talking about a state of consciousness, yes.
