Llegamos a la hora acordada , todos tomamos nuestros asientos, el coach nos mantuvo algunos minutos antes de salir dando algunos lineamientos, ese día luego de muchos días aislados nos tocaba ir por algunas comunidades a dar de lo recibido. Pasaron la lista, se hicieron las preguntas del compendio que rige la institución, nos tomaron la tensión, nuestro decálogo ya aprendido de memoria, realizar la labor lo mejor que se pueda, no discutir, ser discreta, no utilizar frases como: ríete existen personas con peor situación que usted, prohibido mandar a los compañeros, centrarse en la persona no indagar sobre la vida del participante, mantener un tono de voz moderado.
We arrived at the agreed time, we all took our seats, the coach kept us for a few minutes before leaving giving some guidelines, that day after many isolated days we had to go to some communities to give what we had received. They passed the list, they asked the questions of the compendium that governs the institution, they took our tension, our decalogue already learned by heart, to do the work as best as possible, not to discuss, to be discreet, not to use phrases like: laugh there are people with worse situation than you, forbidden to send the companions, to focus on the person not to inquire about the life of the participant, to maintain a moderate tone of voice.
Es de gran motivación cuando nuestro guía pregunta ¿qué llevamos para nuestra comunidad vecina? Cada uno va expresando lo que llevaremos: Paz, amor, bienestar, sonrisas, palabras de aliento, disposición, disponibilidad, vida, conocimiento, alimento para el alma, con eso tono de voz que nos da fuerza a pesar que siempre salgo llorando pero de alegría, somos los más beneficiados al realizar estas actividades.
It is very motivating when our guide asks what we are bringing to our neighboring community. We each express what we will take: Peace, love, well-being, smiles, words of encouragement, disposition, availability, life, knowledge, food for the soul, with that tone of voice that gives us strength even though I always leave crying but with joy, we are the ones who benefit the most from these activities.
Estar muy claros que no somos perfectos, que podemos bajar las energías, estar atentos si eso llega a suceder, que en el grupo pocas veces pasa, pero si llegase a pasar, pedir ayuda a nuestro compañero de grupo, estamos capacitados para atender a 10 participantes cada motivador, por eso tratamos que los grupos sean de cinco personas para estar preparados para cualquier acontecimiento fuera de lo normal.
Be very clear that we are not perfect, that we can lower our energies, be attentive if that happens, that in the group it rarely happens, but if it does, ask for help from our group mate, we are capable of attending to 10 participants each motivator, that is why we try to have groups of five people to be prepared for any event out of the ordinary.
