The streets were full of screams, terror seemed to take over everything, the cries were from the women; of the mothers

The government had decreed to take possession of those who were under 18 years of age and the military guard went out to look for them.

Desperate mothers wept at barbarity. Among them was Inés, mother of two infants, she knelt before authority, but what the indolent made of her was to separate her from her two children.

In her tears, she asked that they not take her children away from her, she proposed to do whatever they wanted, she offered them her body, her belongings, but that they not take her children away.

The hearts of the guards, especially their commander, were like stone, they were not moved and did not accept anything in return. The government had decreed, but the executioner was worse, he was relentless with his goal.

After so much fighting, Inés was hit with the butt of a rifle and fell semi-conscious to the ground.

While on the ground, she managed to see how the children were crying and stretching out their hands to try to reach her, but this was useless, the strength of the guards was superior and forced them to leave the house to be put on a truck as if they were cattle for the sacrifice.

As he could, he stood up and took the commander's right arm, begging again and stripping naked to provoke him. But the animal jerked her arm, knocking her back to the ground.

Once captured, all the minors on the block were put on the checkpoint truck and together with the military guard they left for an unknown destination by the civilians.

Inés left the house, beaten, half naked, and this time she took the hand of one of the soldiers who had stayed behind and asked where they were taking the boys.

The soldier, who seemed to be more aware, told him that he was only following orders and in a low voice, almost like a whisper, told him to go to battalion number 51, they would take all the minors from that street there. With the same he released Inés's hand and left her.

No one knew the reason for the government decree, they had no idea why they were taking the minors.

Inés went into the house, changed her clothes, and went out again to talk to the other mothers. She wanted to create a group so that together they could rescue her children. But no one wanted to accompany her, the terror of the government had them paralyzed, without even thinking. Even the men lowered their heads.

She burst into tears, but in turn turned her back on them and proceeded to walk to find out where the battalion the soldier had mentioned was located. As she walked she asked for the address and no one seemed to know the location of the battalion, no one knew that there was a 51st battalion.

Night came and the streets were wrapped in shadows and with them appeared people with a bad reputation, the dangerous ones, the ones to be feared.

As she walked, Inés felt that she was being watched, even more than one treated her as if she were a prostitute. On more than one occasion, she made use of a tool to get rid of the villains.

She wanted to die, but for her children she had to continue her search, put up with obscene words from street women and mean men.

In her feelings there was a mixture of terror and at the same time courage, she was not going to let herself be defeated, she would do anything to rescue her children and as she walked she cried to the universe for an angel to help her.

An old man beckoned to her, and she approached hesitantly. The old man, with a soft and hoarse voice, indicated where she should go and gave her the description of what she had to look for. She walked away from her without stopping to thank her and the old man told her to be careful, that rescuing her children would not be easy for her.

Until he could reach his destination. The alleged 51st battalion was not a military building, it was not a barracks, it was a completely black building, without identification and without windows.

The strange thing was that there were no guards guarding the entrance. This gave her courage and she decided to enter. Darkness reigned in the building, the stairs were endless. On each floor, he checked, opened the doors anyway, but he couldn't find anything or anyone.

When he got to the sixth floor, the last one, he found something extremely disturbing.

There was a series of dark beings, they didn't seem to be normal people, you couldn't see their hands or faces, they looked like beings that floated, that moved from one side to another with slow movements, carrying out what seemed like a sinister, diabolical and the center of a triangle were some minors and between them were their two children; all of them tied hand and foot.

Inés wanted her children back, but she did not have a plan, she did not know what those beings were and what they would be capable of. But her despair led her to think that she had to interrupt that to save the children, especially her children.

He squeezed hard the stick he had taken in the street to defend himself and when he was already going to meet the strange beings, his left arm was taken by a strong hand and another hand covered his mouth. She immediately felt trapped.

She struggled to free herself, but the one holding her was much stronger than she was. Once subdued, the one who had her immobile, he showed himself. He was the soldier who had given her the indication of the 51st battalion.

Holding her, he whispered in her ear that he was going to help her, not to fear, to trust. She briefly confessed to him that he did not agree with what was decreed by the government, because behind all this there was a horrible objective. Children should be sacrificed in honor of an evil being so that the supreme ruler could have more power and rule more widely.

Inés closed her eyes as if feeling relief and remembering the prayer in which she requested an angel. She stopped resisting and allowed herself to be suspended in the soldier's arms.

Immediately the soldier spoke with a voice of thunder to the dark beings:

-I just caught this woman, we should use her for the sacrifice as well.

She understood that all was lost
