The message "Incorrect password. Try again" caused panic to overwhelm me as I looked at the screen. Try again." The system locked out of my account.
Frustration bubbled up. The urgent need to transfer money left me helpless because I was blocked out of my account. The verification email failed to reach my inbox when I attempted to reset the password. My mind raced. Had I been hacked?
My heartbeat increased as I reached the customer service department. They confirmed my identity before giving access back to me. I felt enormous relief as soon as I managed to log in to my account.
Everyone should establish backup recovery methods as a lesson to learn from this situation. I sighed, shaking my head. The account lockout nightmare faded away since I regained my account authority.
