While I exercise I see some older people sitting watching, talking or just spending time with other people, it's something natural at least for me.
I once heard a young man who exercises in the same place as ME say : These old people should do something before they die. My answer was that the only condition for dying is to be alive. Maybe YOU die before one of those old people.
The boy looks at me and walks away, he knows I'm right, I don't understand why the lazy stereotypeit's .....absurd, there are older people who work more than some young people, women who take care of children, gardeners etc.
There are even older people who work as security guards. It's not good to generalize. While there are those who don't want to do anything, there are others who are the complete opposite. It's a personal matter, and it's very respectable.
