La textura aterciopelada de la hoja fresca,
atrapó en su terso verdor a la gota de rocío
que Dios envió sobre la tierra fértil del campo
a germinar la semilla.

The velvety texture of the fresh leaf,
caught in his smooth verdor to the drop of dew
God sent over the fertile land of the field
germinate the seed.

¡Oh luminosa y cristalina gota de rocío!
mis ojos ante ti no ven ocaso,
sólo la ternura inmarcesible de tu amor
atrapada feliz en lo terso de la hoja y su verdor.

O luminous and crystal clear drop of dew!
my eyes before you do not see sunset,
just the unfading tenderness of your love
happy trapped in the smoothness of the leaf and its verdor.
