We groan when we are in pain.
At least that is what I know.
Groaning in the night can be as a result of some discomfort.
Groaning in the night can cause a scare especially because it is sudden and unexpected.
I am trying to remember a scenario when i had a groan.
I can groan out loud if we are in the day but the night time calls for a quiet groan.
The groaning is like a soft moan of discomfort.
I do that so that I will not disturb the peace of others because most of them would be asleep at the time.
Of all this, I prefer not to groan at all.
Or perhaps not to have pain at all.
