The statement sounds like an angry person dashing out threat, "warn her". Then stubborn folks would be like, "or else what"?

I see warning as a way of direction.
It is like someone going the wrong way and he was told that way is dangerous, it is a warning. He can decide to adhere that warning or choose to be proud and go on. I guess how we take warning depends on how harsh or friendly it is.

Imagine someone correcting you harshly, and all you care about is the tone in which you are being corrected, indicating it is too harsh. That's a wrong move. The correction or warning is for you, whether it is harsh or not. Adhere warnings, it is for your own good.

Warnings are indeed a way of direction but to be honest the tone of the person giving the warning matters to me.

Lovely use of the prompt btw
