From The OGs

On the last day of the week, at the office, I had the opportunity to sit with the founder of our company in a one-on-one conversation, and someone else joined the conversation as well, and the three of us had an amazing conversation. These kinds of conversations often open our eyes to see how life is in the broader picture, and teach on how to evaluate life based on how people from the top of society see it. These kinda conversations slide us into a smooth transition to better understand the ways of life.

We had conversations on recent ongoing issues in the country, which helped me distinguish the mindsets and differences in how we both think of a situation. Lemme tell you, his position in the society falls in the upper class, his surroundings are usually the top professionals, so me and I, our thought process and all gonna have some huge difference, huge. He shared insights about his new business, like the struggles he is facing behind the scenes, the good and the bad sides that aren’t usually seen with the naked eye. Even so, he was advising us on a few things from his point of view.

The most important portion of our conversation was when he said, “No matter how much we achieve, how much power we gain, we shouldn’t be forgetting our roots, the feet should always be touching the ground.” This advice came from a trendy news story that started from a spark and set fire to our in-house employees' lives. From his position, he can better reflect on this.

So the advice was actually for the people who changed over time with increasing social position, power, and money. Like we are prone to forget our roots, from where we belong. With some power and money, we do feel like things are going as we expect, or at least the way we direct. And that's where things start to get away, we get some feeling of being privileged, and invincible. Like everything happens at our will, we can tackle the worst scenarios and whatnot. These kinda feelings are wrong, because at one point, life would give us the surprise to throw us on the ground pretty badly. It just doesn’t happen; it's on the fourth, actually.

Before we too had such conversations, in the future we might have so tired the legitimate workers. Like, this very simple logic that sits between config and humans, kind of in a phase where we know the result, just waiting to bring variation of results to reflect.

So yeah, working on stuff, and in between working on the advice that I got from the founder, alongside. At the end of the day, we all work hard just to be able to afford a comfortable livelihood.
