It was early afternoon when Eliza realized that the plant she put in her compost is giving strange noises. When she came closer to check it out, she heard a very delicate sound saying “Hello, it's me, your brother, I reincarnated as this plant.”
Eliza was taken aback and was stunned to hear such words coming out of a plant. Eliza lost her brother in a car accident 3 years ago. She got out of the house, took her car and wandered around the streets until she found a bar, which she entered. It was 8 p.m. She wanted to cool off and have some drinks.
She thought she was hallucinating because she mourned her brother so much. She got drunk and as she was driving her car, she remembered her late brother was drunk driving as well when he died. So, she stopped the car and took a taxi to get home.
There was no noise coming from her plant. She sighed and then cried because he missed her brother. She decided to light some candles for her brother and something amazing happened, a beautiful butterfly came and sat on the plant. And then she heard a whisper coming from the plant again saying “Don't worry, I'm okay.”
She didn't hear any more noise coming from the plant from that day on. Then, she decided to take good care of the plant. She watered it every day and put it in the sunlight. She never parted with the plant until she was very old. She also bought more plants, so that her plant not be alone.
