William was an artist who inherited an old Victorian mansion from his aunt Aubrey. William's aunt didn't have any children. So, William inherited her house. William was upset that her aunt had died, because he loved her so much. So, he moved to his new big house.

Her aunt wrote her a letter that the insulation in the walls could attract thieves because it is made from a valuable material. The house was a historic building, which needed to be preserved and taken care of. When William saw that keeping the house is too much responsibility, he decided to sell it. But then he thought her aunt trusted him with a historical treasure, and he can not back down now.

Her aunt was right, thieves were attracted to his house. William had to deal with them on a daily basis, so he installed a strong security system and took care of the thieves.

The other problem William encountered were the collectors. They wanted the house, and they bothered William with calls and offers, but William did not give up, and said No to all of them. William was able to keep the house by selling his art and lived in the mansion for years and when he died, his son became the new guardian of the house.
