Chemistry and alchemy are two disciplines that have influenced the history of science and philosophy, but have different approaches and objectives.
Chemistry is a modern science based on the study of the composition, properties and transformations of matter.
It uses a rigorous scientific approach and relies on experimental methods to investigate and understand chemical processes. Chemistry is based on well-established scientific principles and theories and seeks to explain chemical phenomena objectively and quantitatively.
Alchemy, on the other hand, is an ancient philosophical and proto-scientific practice that originated in antiquity and developed in the Middle Ages. Although alchemy was also interested in the composition and transformations of matter, its focus was much broader and encompassed spiritual, symbolic and philosophical aspects.
Alchemy sought the transmutation of substances, the search for the philosopher's stone and the elixir of life, as well as the understanding of the hidden secrets of the universe.
Alchemists often used symbolic and allegorical language to describe their processes and beliefs, and alchemy was imbued with metaphysical and esoteric concepts, such as the idea of the unity of all things and the search for transcendence.
As time progressed and modern science developed, chemistry began to separate from alchemy.
Chemistry was based on the scientific method and established a solid foundation of verifiable knowledge and principles.
Alchemy, on the other hand, was increasingly seen as a mystical and speculative practice, far removed from scientific rigour.

I have placed the appeal as I have been advised, I don't even know how to use an AI and I only expose my knowledge on the subject, lately I have opted for philosophy subjects as I graduated as a teacher in the subject.
