We walked in silence at first, listening to the forest breathe. It felt as though the ground beneath our feet recognized the weight of the years we had traveled—separately and together. The air shimmered with memories: the quiet nights of reflection during long-distance calls, the bittersweet moments of doubt, and the victories that had strengthened our bond.
...Stopping by a tree, we touched its bark together, it bloomed with visions of our intertwined stories.The tree seemed to understand us, showing resilience we’d built through storms and silence alike. The moon hung above us, bathing the forest in soft light. “We’ve faced so much, haven’t we?” you said, your voice quiet but steady.
