I've started drinking wheat grass juice daily. It gives me a lot more energy! I'd like keep the weight I lost while I was sick a couple weeks ago off, but it just goes right back on, and I really eat very little, and I eat very well. I guess if a weight is hard to change even though you are eating and living well, it's the proper weight for you.

I drank protein shakes until I got sick of them and that did not help. I would try wheat grass but I do not think we have a store that sells it.
