This is my post for #freewriters Tuesday prompt not obese hosted by @daily.prompt

My entire life I have been thin, the above picture is me at my heaviest 140, other than having babies. I think my heaviest while pregnant was 160, even then I was not obese. After having a baby, it did not take long for me to be back down to 120 or under. I wish I could get up to or even over 120 now.

Here I am 96 pounds, this was last summer. I think I have put on a couple more pounds since then because I have not been fishing or working as hard as I did in the past, but I am still way too thin. ps I am showing off my huge catch for that day.

It does not matter how much I eat, I can not gain weight. People say they feel so bad for me, insert sarcasm. But they do not understand that for some people, like me, trying to gain weight is as hard as trying to lose it.

I know I am more active than most but I eat fattening foods like I have to have chocolate every night after dinner, ice cream sometimes for dinner, sweets whenever, PB&J sandwiches just about every day for lunch, or anything else that I want to eat but I do not gain weight.

I have had people tell me if they ate the way I eat, they would be obese. What makes us so different? I think it has to do with the way we are all made differently. No one thinks exactly as anyone else, we might have some thoughts the same, but not all. So why would the way our bodies handle our weight be the same?

I think if I could put on a few more pounds, it might help me feel better. I do not know if this is the cause of me feeling so tired or if it is my age but it could not hurt to put on a few extra pounds.

Something fat is hereditary. To some lack of exercise can make them to be too far.i think you have ways of shaking off some fat.

All the boys in my family are thin, and 3 of the girls are heavy except me and my oldest sister, we are thin.

I've started drinking wheat grass juice daily. It gives me a lot more energy! I'd like keep the weight I lost while I was sick a couple weeks ago off, but it just goes right back on, and I really eat very little, and I eat very well. I guess if a weight is hard to change even though you are eating and living well, it's the proper weight for you.

I drank protein shakes until I got sick of them and that did not help. I would try wheat grass but I do not think we have a store that sells it.

I barely eat but am not very active either am probably a little bit over weight 😜

There are cases that have to do with the metabolism of people, some have it faster than others to digest food and although they eat a lot they are always thin.

I was ridiculously thin when I was in my teens and twenties. I probably looked my best at about 145 after my weight settled down after baby #3. Now I'm at 165 and it doesn't seem to matter what I eat or don't eat, whether I exercise or not. It just sits there. I'm not obese, either,so I just don't worry about it.

I have a good friend, just a few years older than I am, who has a chronic digestive problem and she can't gain weight. She is an absolute toothpick.

I do not have any problems that I know of, I am just destined to be thin.

I think both - too much weight and not enough, have to do with our hormones. Have you ever heard about hormone Yoga? It might help. Your thyroid might be overactive. Mine is on the other side, not working enough for me. Not enough to show up in regular medicine as a problem and I haven't coughed up the $$$ to do a private more extensive blood test but I am pretty sure. If I am regular with my Hormone Yoga, I lose weight. If not, the opposite happens. :(

I have never heard of hormone Yoga, I have never done Yoga, it is just not my thing, but I have heard nothing but good things about how it benefits the body.
