I live in a very small village in the jungle of San Camilo in the state of Apure, Venezuela, and I have spent almost my entire life here, interrupted only by my studies, during which 
I had to move to the state capital.
I love this place for the tranquillity it offers and the peace I feel here. Nature is an irreplaceable companion, and although there are times of the year when the place is difficult due to rain, flooding rivers and other things, we are used to it and what is chaos for others is normal for us.
We have our own spas, we raise farm animals that provide us with sustenance, we harvest and sell or exchange what we produce, and although it may seem basic, we enjoy it.
I pass on my knowledge to the local children by teaching at a school in the village, and at the same time I teach them to love nature. Together with a fellow student who was captivated by the beauty of the place, we have been creating a library.
She was the one who told me about this page, and here I am, trying to share a little bit about myself and the place where I live. I hope I can do it correctly and get people to read me.
As I mentioned in my profile, I love reading and writing, as well as taking photos with my mobile phone, which isn't very powerful but does the job.
