As I stepped into Watbridge Hotel opposite Ibom Hall, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, I stumbled upon a friend who was a one time personal assistant to the Hon. Commissioner for Environment, Akwa Ibom State.

In the course of our discuss, we spoke about all sphere of life and endeavors and we came to a point that his words struck me hard.

He said that by his standing, it is practically impossible not to fund the education of his children because of his current standing and financial status.

On that note, I quickly reminded him of king Nebuchadnezzar and his likes that boasted about his achievements and God turned his reasoning backward and gave him a place among the animals.

I equally drew his attention to the realistic fact that a man can amass any height of wealth, but can be swept away by the storms of life, a particular reference to Job in the Bible.

On a final note, he accepted the obvious corrections and showed gratitude by way of thanks.

Thanks for stopping by.
