John was a state man who had been in office for some years now since there are in a democratic state and it was time for election and as usual John had to do campaign in other to gain the vote of the citizens
But the federal government had introduced a no money election policy in the sense that they candidates should not sprey money around and if they did they will be arrested and in the speech of the president he said let the best man win
But you know politicians would do anything just to win an election since the federal government had appointed the efcc (economic & financial crime control) to check all candidates house one by one to see if the are hiding funds
So because of this John who was aspiring for a state representative had to give his campaign manager three bags full of money in other to use and run his election
But after a while though John had the full confidence that the money would be more than enough to make him win, but later he recieve the most shocking news of his life from the wife of his campaign manager that her husband was rob of all the money John gave him and beaten to coma
At this point John knew that it was game over for him because all his hopes was on that money in other to be able to win the election but after hearing the news he became weak and even wanted to give up.
