The issue of farmer's headers clash in the country is still lingering affecting livelihood and national security; what is a permanent solution to this, one will ask. It so happens that while the farmer plants his crops the herder brings forth his cattle into the farm feasting on the crops on the farm.
if I was asked I would say this was an act of theft and just like the action taken to protect your farms from rodents in the farm and at home same should be done for this case. But a lot have agreed that these cattle should be hooked and not let free to roam.
