Una carta con noticias
Cuando el correo era con estampillas, recibí una carta escrita en alemán. No era algo inusitado en ese momento, había estado contactando a mi primo @lanzjoseg en Alemania y como broma me había enviado su respuesta en este idioma. Ya el sabía que utilizo un traductor para cualquier idioma, eso era algo que no me detendría en nuestra comunicación.
En la carta me contaba cuando fue de vacaciones en un tour al continente africano junto con un grupo de amigos @purrix, @leticiapereira y @felixgarciap. Me contaba que habían sido tres días de aventuras calurosas, pero que al cuarto le había sucedido algo muy extraño y jocoso.
Iban en el jeep disfrutando del paisaje, jirafas en un lado del camino y avestruces más adelante. Surgió la duda y las risas de si eran pájaros voladores o gallinas muy grandes, cuando una ráfaga de viento voló uno de los sombreros de las damas acompañantes.
El fuerte sol resulto inusitado, poco amistoso e invasor del rostro de la amiga, que se llevo las manos a su cara. Sin pensarlo mi primo comenta en su carta, que se lanzo rápidamente del vehículo para atrapar aquel sombrero.
Terminando su recorrido momentáneo a los pies de un avestruz y volviendo a reiniciarlo a medida que me acercaba. Seguro esta ave corredora pensó que era competencia porque en dos zancadas lo tuvo entre sus patas y mi primo llego más atrás y sin pensarlo mucho, le arranco a el avestruz que se mostró muy molesto por el objeto de marras.
Me cuenta él, que cuando la vida transcurre en pocos instantes al verse perseguido por un furioso animal del doble de su talla y con fuertes garras, llego a la conclusión que no lo pensó muy bien. Trato de ser galán y casi lo vuelven jirones, pero no soltó el sombrero.
Continua mi primo contándome su aventura y que el último día de su paseo, el desayuno se hizo tardío por unos monos que entraron a la cocina del hotel y revolvieron todo en ella. Se le quito el apetito cuando encontró algo de pelo en su par de huevos fritos.
El primo cierra su carta recordándome despegar de la carta la estampilla para mi colección, la escogió especialmente porque era la que me faltaba según sus cálculos.
Luego me comento una terrible noticia, le han detectado cáncer en estado avanzado y posiblemente esta seria la ultima carta que recibiría. Y fue su ultima carta.

A letter with news
When the mail was with stamps, I received a letter written in German. It was not something unusual at the time, I had been contacting my cousin @lanzjoseg in Germany and as a joke he had sent me his response in this language. He already knew that I use a translator for any language, that was something that would not stop me in our communication.
In the letter he told me when he went on vacation on a tour to the African continent together with a group of friends @purrix, @leticiapereira and @felixgarciap. He told me that there had been three days of hot adventures, but that something very strange and humorous had happened on the fourth.
They were in the jeep enjoying the scenery, giraffes on one side of the road and ostriches further on. Doubts and laughter arose as to whether they were flying birds or very large chickens, when a gust of wind blew off one of the hats of the accompanying ladies.
The strong sun was unusual, unfriendly and invading the face of the friend, who raised her hands to her face. Without thinking about it, my cousin comments in his letter that he quickly jumped out of the vehicle to catch that hat.
Ending its momentary tour at the feet of an ostrich and restarting it again as I got closer. Surely this running bird thought it was competition because in two strides it had it between its legs and my cousin came further back and without much thought, he ripped off the ostrich that was very upset by the object of yore.
He tells me that when life goes by in a few moments when he finds himself chased by a furious animal twice his size and with strong claws, I come to the conclusion that he didn't think it through very well. I try to be a hunk and they almost tear him to shreds, but he didn't let go of the hat.
My cousin continues telling me about his adventure and that on the last day of his walk, breakfast was made late because of some monkeys that entered the hotel kitchen and mixed everything in it. His appetite went down when he found some hair in his pair of fried eggs.
The cousin closes his letter by reminding me to take off the stamp for my collection from the letter, he chose it especially because it was the one I was missing according to his calculations.
Then he told me terrible news, they have detected cancer in an advanced stage and this would possibly be the last letter he would receive. And it was his last letter.

Lindo cuento en verdad, me gustaría saber cuanta gracia le hace al profesor enterarse que lo han matado, aunque sea de mentiritas 🤗.
Si es verdad pobre mi profe. Debo confesar que si tengo un primo en Alemania y estuve comunicándome con el por bastante tiempo, hasta hace poco que supe de su fallecimiento.
