In the city of Spell Heaven, where witches and wizards walk free from the torment of the witch hunter, nobody cares about chaos because Chaos is the evil dragon that rules Spell Heaven with his fearsome presence, making everyone bow.
It is black and grey, with mist swimming in the streets without direction, seeking to sweep the way for unnamed ghosts seeking an abandoned mansions to plunder.
Everyday is Halloween in Spell Heaven; no costume is needed as the citizens are the costume, with no faces to show.

WHAT I SEE
It is a starry heaven and it is midnight. A fearsome dragon walks around like he is acquainted with the people, which is true. Everyone is wearing black robes, concealing their faces, and a bookshop is open for everyone.
WHAT I FEEL
I feel witches and wizards love books, which explains why a bookshop would be open until midnight. And a dragon in the middle of a town? It is probably being controlled or under a powerful witch or wizard. A place filled with mist welcomes ghosts or the undead.
No one seems to be scared. What if the dragon wants to buy a book but the shop is too small to enter?
Lol... Dragon don't read, unless is a human dragon.

Not sure maybe is under a powerful witch or the dragon is overpowered just like in the Anime.
