Family secrets

Mrs. Blanca had already told him that she received gifts from her niece to tell her where her uncle went, if he had a girlfriend or attended parties not allowed for girls.
Blanca, his housekeeper, with that unperturbed character, would reply:

—I am not concerned with your uncle's affairs.
—But you must know a lot of secrets, you've been working for my uncle for many years.
—I don't remember, I only know that it's a long time ago, my father served his family, and when he died, I carried on his trade. Your uncle just wants you to make a difference and that's why he sends you to college.

My niece was watching for my arrivals, to avoid any missteps, at the time of entering the mansion, I told my driver to park as close as possible to the door, I knew that the visual angle was lost from the window of her room, I entered calm and well satisfied with my night outings.
By candlelight, Mrs. Blanca led him to the bedroom, they both knew that, from some corner, their niece was stalking them.

—Why do you only go out at night, uncle?
—-I don't like sunlight, I have very delicate skin and it's better to avoid those inconveniences, your grandfather had it too and your mother died asking us to take care of you, that's what I do.
—But uncle, I have to eat alone or with the servants... of course, with Mrs. Blanca, but never with you.
—Well, you might say I'm an eccentric and a night owl, I do all my business by moonlight.

He stroked his niece's hair and smiled enigmatically.

—Why don't you take me to know about your business? I'm the heiress, doesn't it make sense to you, or are you hiding something?
—My business is not a woman's business, and when my end comes, I'll leave you ready to face the world.
—I'm ready, uncle. —She gave a malign smile.
—I must go, my dear niece, duty calls. —Her face was immutable.
—See you uncle, I'll eat alone again.

She went to the window, she saw him get into his limousine, the moon was splendid in its full moon.

—Well uncle, today we are going to see what your business is.

She hugged his body and a shadow enveloped her, giving a high-pitched screech she flew out of the window transformed into a bat.
