"Rise up" means to encompass a transformative journey of self-improvement, development, empowerment, and overcoming adversity.
There are many thibgs involved in rising:
- Discover Yourself.
You have to identify your strengths and weaknesses. Your ability to identify this helps you rise, it helps you know when and how help or assistance is needed on your journey to rise.
Recognize your values and passions; know those things you could do even in your saddest mode. Know those things that makes you happy and excited.
Set your personal goals; write down those things you hope to fulfill, those things you want to do even if your yet to achieve them. It helps to set a proper standard in the fight to achieving them.
2.Be Resilient.
Develop coping mechanisms, work on your self to a point where you can cope at any point or place you find yourself. Teach yourself the act of surviving and not giving up.
Learn from failures: always keep in mind that your mistakes are not your end. Write it at the back of your palm that your errors can't define you unless you permit it to. And also correct yourself from the errors you've made.
Practicing self-care: Take care of yourself, learn to appreciate yourself, else no one will do it for you. Place value on yourself, love yourself.
