Some time ago mom planted in the front garden a small plant known as lochita, but she was given a recommendation, plant it in a pot not in the garden because it grows very fast and its root can become annoying at times. This small plant grows and spreads very fast and apart from the benefits it may have, it is an invasive plant in a certain sense.
Its roots spread and grow under the grass in the garden, and if it is not extinguished in time then the task is more complicated as in the case of us. An aunt who came to spend a few days at home told us that the best way to get rid of this plant is with a hoe where the grass with its roots is directly detached, since pulling it up by the roots guarantees that you will not see it for a while, but then it comes out again, this way it does not come out again if it is done well.
And so we did, mom got a hoe with the neighbor across the street and in three days we managed to skin half the garden, literally it was half the garden that was contaminated with that plant. The truth is that the garden looked nicer with the grass as it was before, now we have to wait or wait for the grass to come out again, but with the help of the one that was removed, half sow it carefully so that it comes out again, although the old one; don't shake it, my aunt told me because it can release small roots of lochita and all the work there will be in vain.

Hace un tiempo mamá sembró en el jardín del frente de la casa una pequeña planta que se lle conoce como lochita, pero le dieron una recomendación, sembrarla en un matero no en el jardín ya que crece muy rápido y su raíz puede llegar a ser molesta en ocasiones. Esta pequeña planta crece y se extiende muy rápido y fuera de los beneficios que pueda tener es una planta invasora dentro de cierto sentido.
Sus raíces se extienden y crecen por debajo de la grama del jardín, y si no se extingue a tiempo después la tarea es más complicada como el caso de nosotros. Una tía que llegó a pasar unos días en casa nos comentó que la mejor forma de deshacerse de esa planta es con una azada donde se despegue directamente la grama con sus raíces, ya que arrancándola de raíz garantizas que no la veas por un tiempo, pero luego vuelve a salir, de esta forma no sale más si se hace bien.
Y así hicimos, mamá consiguió una azada con el vecino del frente y en tres días conseguimos despellejar medio jardín, literalmente fue medio jardín que estaba contaminado con esa planta. El jardín la verdad que con la grama como la tenía antes se veía mas bonito, ahora queda esperar o aguantar a que la grama vuelva a salir, pero con la ayuda de la que se sacó, medio sembrarla con cuidado para que salga nuevamente, aunque la vieja; ¡no la sacudas!, me dijo mi tía ya que puede soltar pequeñas raíces de lochita y todo el trabajo allá sido en vano.
