Si encontramos el trabajo adecuado, el soñado o el esperado una de las metas principales es escalar posiciones para tener un mejor puesto, escalar en la tabla de jerarquía y ver como has progresado en todo el tiempo que estuviste y aportaste a la organización, adicionalmente obtener más beneficios. Dejando todo eso aun lado, escalar siempre es lo mejor, no para sentir el poder y apoderarse de él, no, al contrario, saber usarlo a beneficios de otros.
Si te preguntan en una entrevista como te ves de aquí a 5 años, es para medir tus logros y metas, como te proyectas y otros aspectos, pero responder, ocupando tu puesto es un poco atrevido y aunque tu lo veas de una manera, la otra persona puede que lo vea de otra manera e incluso tomárselo de mala manera, aquí siempre hay que evitar los chistes así de ese estilo, responder lo más educado y adecuado posible, ya habrá momentos para contar los chistes.
Esta semana que pasó tuve la oportunidad de ir a tres entrevistas de trabajo, las tres fueron por diferentes cargos, y una de ellas me llamó la atención, el jefe solo acude los sábados al local, del resto solo van los trabajadores, el por grupo de WhatsApp les dice a sus tres empleados las metas de la semana, la idea es que las puedan cumplir, si se puede todos llevan incentivo económico, en caso de no poder cumplirse no hay incentivo. El inventario se lleva manual, no cuentan con sistema y se realiza una vez al mes, ya con eso, a mí no me dio buena espina. Me recordó a mi antiguo trabajo, ya por simple descarte, en caso de llamarme, les diré que no.
