Hace poco menos de dos semanas por la ciudad donde vivo hubo una lluvia fuerte que vino acompañada de unas fuertes ráfagas que hicieron que en poco tiempo bajara la energía eléctrica unas 4 veces hasta que después de un rato se fuera. No se lograba entender como de una tarde tan bonita, despejada y soleada pasara en cuestión de minutos a una tarde de vientos muy fuertes y lluvia repentina.
La tarde se comenzó a nublar y al mismo tiempo comenzaron los fuertes vientos, aquí los cables se meneaban mucho se escuchaba como se pegaban entre sí, hasta que hubo el primer bajón fuerte y decidimos desconectar todo para evitar daños después. Pasaron menos de 15 minutos cuando se fue la luz en general, en toda la ciudad y las aledañas.
Se cayeron innumerables arboles lo que ocasionaron el corte eléctrico en la zona, muchos arboles derribaron a su paso cables eléctricos, cables de internet y los que se roban cable del poste directamente. Los cables eléctricos de un árbol cerca de casa tumbaron todos los cables, las líneas bajas, las medias y las líneas de alta tensión. Esa misma tarde con varios arboles caídos se generó el corte del suministro eléctrico.
La noche no duró mucho en llegar y la ciudad parecía una ciudad fantasma, todo estaba a oscuras absolutamente todo. Nadie sabía cuando la luz llegaría, todo era incertidumbre. Más de la mitad de la ciudad duró 2 días sin energía eléctrica, pero con el pasar de los días se fue restituyendo el servicio, pero muy poco a poco, la última noticia que se supo de esta fue que la última zona en llegar la luz fue de 20 días.

A little less than two weeks ago in the city where I live there was a heavy rain that was accompanied by strong gusts that caused the power to go down about 4 times in a short period of time until it went out after a while. It was hard to understand how such a beautiful, clear and sunny afternoon could turn in a matter of minutes into an afternoon of very strong winds and sudden rain.
The afternoon began to cloud over and at the same time the strong winds began, here the cables were wiggling a lot and we could hear how they were sticking together, until there was the first strong drop and we decided to disconnect everything to avoid damage later. Less than 15 minutes passed when the power went out in general, in the whole city and the surrounding areas.
Countless trees fell which caused the power outage in the area, many trees knocked down electrical cables, internet cables and those who steal cable from the pole directly. The electrical wires from a tree near the house knocked down all the cables, the low, medium and high power lines. That same afternoon, with several trees down, the power supply was cut.
The night did not take long to arrive and the city looked like a ghost town, everything was in darkness, absolutely everything. Nobody knew when the light would arrive, everything was uncertain. More than half of the city lasted 2 days without electricity, but with the passing of the days the service was restored, but very little by little, the last news that was known was that the last area to get the light was 20 days.
