Cuando nacemos tenemos un peso determinado y una altura determinada, a medida que vamos creciendo también vamos aumentamos de peso y crecemos de anchura y altura. Pero eso no significa que el cuerpo se nos adaptará a la medida normal del mundo. Todo lo que ingresemos a nuestro cuerpo determinará nuestro peso.

Si solo se comemos pura comida chatarra aumentaremos de peso muy rápido, pero si se come solo comida saludable nos mantendremos de muy bajo peso. Lo ideal siempre es mantener un balance, comer estable, lo malo y lo bueno, hacer ejercicio que es lo que al final nos ayudará a que todas las comidas podamos procesarla mejor y no nos contribuya a aumentar de peso.

La masa de cuerpos es prácticamente la masa corporal. Algunos tienen mucha masa corporal porque comen mucho o no llevan una vida saludable, otro casi no tiene o tienen la justa, como dije antes no es tener mucho o tener poco, sino mantenerse en la línea de lo correcto para alargar nuestra salud. La gordura siempre ha sido mala y más cuando la persona come y come y no se controla, hasta que llega a un estado donde es difícil recuperarse.

Otros que comen y comen, pero no engordan, eso también es para revisarlo con un médico. Al aumentar de tallas en tan poco tiempo es por algo, al igual que al comer mucho, pero disminuir la talla es una señal que nos da el cuerpo de que algo no anda bien.

Fatness has always been bad and even more so when the person eats and eats and does not control himself, until he reaches a state where it is difficult to recover.

Others who eat and eat, but do not put on weight, that is also something to check with a doctor. When you increase in size in such a short time, it is for a reason, just like when you eat a lot, but to decrease in size is a sign that the body gives us that something is not right.
