I was given 15 days of probation for my new job, today was the third day where I was given the approval point. Everyone who has worked for the company is given the same period where they measure the performance of the staff, arrival time, willingness to work, ability to retain information and data processing in the system, and finally, a thorough review of everything learned in that time. I am proud to know that I am the first to receive approval in less than five days.
I am thankful to God for this new challenge and thankful to the company for the opportunity to be part of their work team. Now it's time to do the rest as they say, work with the best disposition without competing with others, the competition will be myself, and above all to strengthen relationships, perhaps in the future I can do the same as I do now, but being my own boss. The good thing I see in the job is that you can take advantage of it and enjoy it for a long time and work late.
I have two teammates who are over 65 years of age and are still working, of course at a lower capacity, but they continue to perform, which is what is important, especially if they like the work and are passionate about it. I start up with no restraints, as long as I meet the daily objectives set by the boss. I know that the last four who started are in the same condition as me, and only one of them has a condition, let's see what we can do, the idea would be to stay out of it.

15 días me dieron de prueba para mi nuevo trabajo, hoy fue el tercer día donde me dieron el punto de aprobación. Todos los que han pasado por la empresa les dan el mismo plazo donde le miden rendimiento al personal, horas de llegada, disposición de trabajar, capacidad de retener información y procesamiento de datos en el sistema, por último, un repaso exhaustivo de todo lo aprendido en ese tiempo. Me siento orgulloso de saber que soy el primero en recibir la aprobación en menos de cinco días.
Agradecido con Dios por este nuevo reto y agradecido con la empresa por la oportunidad de formar parte de su equipo de trabajo. Ahora toca echar el resto como se suele decir, trabajar con la mejor disposición sin competir con los demás, la competencia seré yo mismo, y sobre todo estrechar relaciones, quizás en un futuro pueda hacer lo mismo que hago ahora, pero siendo yo mi propio jefe. Lo bueno que le veo al trabajo es que se puede aprovechar y disfrutar por mucho tiempo y trabajar hasta tarde.
Tengo dos compañeros del equipo que superan los 65 años de edad y siguen trabajando, por su puesto a menos capacidad, pero siguen rindiendo que es lo importante y más si les gusta el trabajo y les apasiona. Yo comienzo sin restricciones, siempre y cuando cumpla con los objetivos diarios que me coloque el jefe. Sé que los últimos cuatro que comenzaron están en la misma condición que yo, y solo uno de ellos le pusieron condición, veamos que podemos hacer, la idea sería mantenerse al margen.
