La empresa encargada del tratado y distribución del agua en el oriente del país recientemente publicó un horario para la distribución del agua por sectores, pero hasta ahí todo bien, aunque no debería. Unos días antes habíamos pasado cinco días sin agua por tubería y la empresa no había dicho nada al respecto, ese mismo día en la tarde publicaron que habían vandalizado dos válvulas para la toma ilegal del agua potable.
Algo que causó bastante indignación en la población puesto que los cinco días no hubo agua y tampoco publicación del porque y justo ese día publican eso alegando que era la falla del porque había estado suspendido el servicio. El día siguiente, el domingo había llegado el agua y ese mismo día colocaron el cronograma de la semana, que se cumplió el lunes, es decir ayer, porque hoy amanecimos sin agua y tocaba, entonces, para que publican un cronograma si no lo van a cumplir.
Ayer llovió, entonces como de costumbre cada vez que llueve quitan el agua, la razón, turbidez, no es la primera vez que lo dicen llevan años en eso, cada vez que llega la temporada de lluvia, el agua la quitan si llueve porque no tienen los suministros necesarios para tratar el agua y se escudan de las excusas. Pero esto no solo pasa con la red de distribución del agua, también pasa con la red de distribución de la energía eléctrica. Estos últimos son peores porque se va la luz y no sabes por qué.
Simplemente hay que llamar para reportar la falla, te anotan en una lista y esperar a que llegué el turno, ¿por qué?, porque solo cuentan con un camión para toda la zona y mientras solucionan una falla van eliminando números en la lista. Entonces si reportas la falla por la tarde quizás con mucha suerte el mismo día vuelvas a tener energía eléctrica, pero la mayoría de las veces pasas al menos 18 horas para que vuelva la luz.
Y lo peor es que todo el tiempo es así, cuando falla una, y arreglan falla otra, o en el peor de los casos fallan todos los servicios, es triste decirlo, pero de cierta manera en la temporada de lluvia ya estamos acostumbrados a que los servicios fallen, porque no solucionan nada nunca, todo es por encima y ya, dígame los botes de agua constantes en las calles que llevan años y nada que solucionan.

Yesterday it rained, then as usual every time it rains they take away the water, the reason, turbidity, it is not the first time they have been saying it for years, every time the rainy season arrives, they take away the water if it rains because they do not have the necessary supplies to treat the water and they hide behind excuses. But this not only happens with the water distribution network, it also happens with the electric power distribution network. The latter are worse because the power goes out and you don't know why.
You simply have to call to report the fault, they write you down on a list and wait for your turn to arrive, why, because they only have one truck for the whole area and while they are solving a fault they are eliminating numbers on the list. So if you report the failure in the afternoon, maybe with a lot of luck the same day you will have electricity again, but most of the time you spend at least 18 hours for the power to come back on.
And the worst thing is that it is like this all the time, when one fails, and they fix another one, or in the worst case all the services fail, it is sad to say, but in a certain way in the rainy season we are already used to the services failing, because they never fix anything, everything is over and above, just tell me the constant water leaks in the streets that have been going on for years and nothing is fixed.
