We were coming back from school much early because we were told there was no school that day.so on going home we decided to pass through a river route,after crossing the river through the boat,one of my friends started agruing that the river edge was not deep.We asked him how sure was he.He said he could try, before we say anything further he stepped his leg into the flowing river and it swallowed him halfway. We quickly came to his rescue drawing backwards with his arms.
When he was finally cool,he started agruing that the river wasn't same as the one in his village. And we said to him. "Leave that one,When you reach the naija river you'll check how deep it is !"
