The leader had always held an event in the community where different vocational and educational activities were carried out by the youth. Participation it's mandatory, it's just a way of bringing them together once in awhile for fun. However turnout last month was disappointingly low.

Mr. Michael what do you suggest we do. I don't want to stop what we are doing and i want to encourage our youth into participating more. The leader asked seeking solution.
Sir i suggest you rank it. If there's no incentive many won't show you. Ranking participants and offering prizes will encourage them into participating and also learning new skills. Mr. Michael said.
Brilliant! Brilliant we should do just that if it we get the youth to participate and be competitive and what they learn from here will be useful to them in the future. The leader replied happily.
Lets spread the word about the ranking and the rewards as soon as possible. He added, the ealier the youths know, the more eager they will be and come prepared to learn.
