With a thoughtful expression on his face, James glanced at the screen of his computer. He's been staring at the blank page of his word processor on the computer screen for about an hour now because he couldn't think of anything to write for his manuscript.

After a few more minutes of doing nothing but staring at his computer screen, James finally gave up and waved goodbye.

"What's wrong with me today?" James asked himself a question. "Why can't I seem to write anything?"

The deadline for Jame's manuscript was approaching, but he had yet to write anything.

"My editor will murder me for this," James grumbled, recalling his most recent conversation with his editor.

"I need something, something to inspire me," James stated as he stood up. "Should I go to the park or do something?"

James decided to go for a walk after remembering that he hadn't been outside in some days. To calm his mind. Maybe he'll get some ideas that way.

After deciding what to do next, James changed his clothes before heading out.

He sat on a bench in the park after strolling for twenty minutes.

"It sure is nice to go out," James thought to himself.

A pigeon approaches James while he is watching the folks stroll past.

"Oh, it's you little guy," James replied, recognizing the pigeon he often feeds.

He began feeding the pigeon with the crumbs he had purposefully concealed in his pocket.

"I envy you," James began as he observed the bird eating the crumbs."You have no worries in your life."

After hearing James' comments, the pigeon munching the crumbs stared at him as if he understood what he had just said. The pigeon looked at James for a few seconds before returning to his meal.

The pigeon's peculiar behavior was noticed by James, and as a result, something in his skull clicked.

"Aha!" James abruptly shouted out, shocking the pigeon and some bystanders.

"I've got it!" James exclaimed joyfully to himself, disregarding the unusual looks from the people on the park.

"Thank you, little guy!" "I'll give you something special the next time," James promised the pigeon before fleeing. He finally found the inspiration he needed.
