Please let me introduce The First Chapter Podcast, a bridge between authors and audiences. By creating a free, simple, and powerful platform that allows authors to be interviewed and to share the beginning of their book, we can work together to improve the size of our audience.
The way we do that is to interview you, allow you to read a few paragraphs of your book, then give audiences access to an audio file of your first chapter. As we do that, we let them sample your work and deliver the information on how and where to find the rest of it to enjoy. Your work, your links to Amazon or wherever you’re published; no money from you.
Then, as we all share our collective work, that social media sharing process increases the number of people who can find your work. We each might have hundreds or even thousands of people in our social media sphere, but together we have millions of people. In addition, our platforms will be listed and promoted to take advantage of search engine optimization. It costs you nothing except a bit of your time. We’ve already paid the price of setting up the audio video studio and creating the social media platforms. When you are promoted on our pages, your work will be available for people to see for years to come.
