The butter itself contains animal fat which is good for the body because it is made from natural ingredients and has a distinctive taste like cow's milk, bread and butter are the right combination which has balanced nutrition between carbohydrates and fat, that is the reason why many countries eat bread that is spread with butter is the best type of breakfast to start the activity.

Hello @workaholic666. Nice to meet you, and welcome to the Freewriters Community. I love bread and butter when eating breakfast. Although I have to watch my fat intake, I use a suitable brand that contains less cholesterol. Also, my bread choice is whole wheat. It helps.
