I received the Kantb bill. It's time to pay for the inefficiency. Many will say, "Why, if the service is so bad, do they keep paying?" It's true, the service is bad, very bad, but there's no other option for now than to continue with this terrible service until there's a chance to pay for better service.
Many residents of the development have grown tired of so much inefficiency and have opted for a private service that, although much more expensive, offers better benefits.
However, I start to think: it's so difficult for a government that handles so much money to improve its businesses and offer better service where its customers can be satisfied. It's just a matter of making the decision. To achieve this, there must be better management, and I think this is the truly difficult point. Being better is what they can't do.
Meanwhile, I have the bill in my hand and a huge desire to stop paying for the inefficiency.

Recibí el recibo del kantb, toca pagar la ineficiencia, muchos dirán pero por qué si es tan malo el servicio siguen pagando. Es cierto, es malo, muy malo el servicio, pero no hay otra opción por los momentos, que seguir con este pésimo servicio, hasta que exista la posibilidad de pagar uno mejor.
Muchos vecinos de la urbanización ya se cansaron de tanta ineficiencia, optaron por conseguir un servicio privado que aunque mucho más costoso les ofrece mejores beneficios.
Sin embargo, me pongo a pensar, es tan difícil para un gobierno que maneja tanto dinero mejorar sus empresas y ofrecer un mejor servicio donde sus clientes puedan estar satisfechos. Es solo cuestión de proponérselo. Para ello debe existir una mejor gerencia y creo que este es el punto completamente difícil. Ser mejores es lo que no pueden.
Mientras tanto tengo el recibo en la mano y unas ganas enormes de no seguir pagando la ineficiencia.
