DId you work out to today?

If you want something you never had, you must be willing to do something you have never done. This is applicable in exercising our body, you may want a certain shape for yourself but that shape might require a certain commitment, which you can only get a regular exercise. The body achieves what the mind believes. Once you are exercising regularly, the hardest thing is to stop it. If you don’t make time for exercise, you probably make time for illness. These are the quotes that got me going out for a workout throughout last year (2021). But for me to resume this year has been somehow difficult. But I was able to overcome that this morning.

It was a very cold morning, I felt like not going but I later overcame that procrastination, I already told a friend yesterday. We agreed that we should move by 6:00 am but due to some reasons, we couldn’t until 6:30 am. We concluded on where to be our endpoint which happened to be veritas university, which is about 10 kilometers away from our starting point. apart from the health benefits of working out, some other things I like about it is the comfort you feel walking down the street early in the morning like that, meeting people going to the farm on the road and hearing those sounds from birds gives me joy.

we were able to reach the targeted endpoint which is veritas university at exactly 7:00. that means we were able to cover 10 kilometers in 30 minutes. We don’t stop when we were tired but until we get to our targeted endpoint. On getting there, we had a little rest at the frontage of the university and returned back home which took us about another 30 minutes.
