Breskvice ~ Peaches

U 400 grama brašna dodati 150 grama margarina i 50 grama masti, 100 grama šećera i jedno celo jaje. Dodati jednu Vanilu ili ako nemate može i 2 kesice vanil šećera i pola kesice praška za pecivo, u to dodati 50 mililitara mleka pa sve to sjediniti i praviti male loptice. Ja uglavnom pravim veličine pola ping pong loptice da ne bi breskvice bile velike kad se spoje. Peći ih petnaestak minuta na 180 stepeni, pod uslovom da vam šporet dobro peče. Na kraj - krajeva videćete i sami po boji kolačića ili probajte jedan. (nećete ništa pokvariti) , bitno je da vam ne potamne. Priprema	Prepares
Kada su pečene, ostavite da se malo prohlade, a zatim izdubite dno polutke. Fil: U mrvice koje dobijete dubljenjem polutki dodajte pekmez od kajsije tri do četiri supene kašike, a to će te proceniti sami po količini mrvica. Zatim istopite jednu štanglu čokolade za kuvanje i dodajte u mrvice i pekmez. To sve sjedinite punite udubljenja kolačića i spajajte ih po dve. Kad sve to bude gotovo tada u dve činijice sipajte po jedan deci vode i u tu vodu dodajte prehrambenu boju, u jednu crvenua, a u drugu žutu. Kada je sve spremno breskvice umočite pažljivo prvo u crvenu pa zatim u žutu boju i ostavite na neki ubrus ili rešetkicu na kratko, a zatim ih uvaljajte u kristal šećer. Tada možete servirati breskvice gde god želite, to već zavisi od vaše kreativnosti. Ova mera je za šesdesetak loptica ili tridesetak breskvica, a ako vam je malo slobodno duplirajte količinu.
