Cedjeni sok-Freshly squeezed juice

Vitamini su nam uvek preko potrebni a narocito sad u zimskim danima. To je svakako bio jedan od razloga da kupim sokovnik ali ne i jedini jer toliko voca se ne pojede kad se kupi pa se baci a ovako se sve iskoristi jer mnogo je lakse iscediti i popiti, nego na primer oljustiti 5 narandzi i pojesti jer vecinu nas prosto mrzi da se zeza sa tim.

We always need vitamins very much, especially now in the winter days. That was certainly one of the reasons to buy a juicer but not the only one because so much fruit is not eaten when bought and thrown away and this way everything is used because it is much easier to squeeze and drink than, for example, peel 5 oranges and eat because most of us he just hates to mess with it.

Kad sam se odlucio kupiti sokovnik svakako sam prvo proguglao da se informisem vise o njima. Tako da sam odmah nasao da se dele na dve grupe tacnije na centrifugalne sokovnike koji seku voce i hladno cedjeni sokovnici koji cede voce. Razlika je u tome sto centrifugalni rade na velikoj brzini s tim što sokovi koji su u njima napravljeni ne mogu dugo da stoje, jer brzo oksidišu, pa ih treba brzo popiti a i sam kvalitet nije isti kao kod hladno cedjenih sokovnika jer vise gube nutrivne vrednosti.

When I decided to buy a juicer I definitely googled it first to find out more about them. So I immediately found that they are divided into two groups, more precisely, centrifugal juicers that cut fruit and cold-pressed juicers that squeeze fruit. The difference is that centrifuges work at high speed, but the juices made in them cannot stand for long, because they oxidize quickly, so they need to be drunk quickly, and the quality itself is not the same as with cold-pressed juicers because they lose more nutritional value.

Sokovnici za hladno cedjenje voca:
Bolje cede voće, daju više soka i suvlji je ostatak (pulpa)
Sok je boljeg ukusa i kompaktniji
Cede gnječenjem i pritisikanjem svrdla koje se sporo okreće
Tiši su značajno od tipičnih električnih rotirajučih sokovnika
Manje aerizuju sok – u soku ima manje vazduha, pa je kompaktniji, sporije oksidira (gubi boju) i duže traje.

Juicers for cold fruit squeezing:
Better squeeze the fruit, give more juice and the drier the rest (pulp)
The juice tastes better and is more compact
Strain by kneading and pressing the drill, which turns slowly
They are significantly quieter than typical electric rotary juicers
They aerate less juice - there is less air in the juice, so it is more compact, oxidizes more slowly (loses color) and lasts longer.

Tako da sam se odlucio za Tefal zc 6001 model za hladno cedjenje soka koji je kostao nekih 200 evra.
Moje prvo iskustvo sa ovim aparatom je fenomenalno i prosto sam odusevljen kako radi.

So I opted for the Tefal zc 6001 model for cold juice squeezing which cost some 200 euros.
My first experience with this device is phenomenal and I'm just thrilled with how it works.

Kao sto vidite na slici isekao sam vise komada razlicitog voca i krajnji proizvod toga je obilje vitamina i prelep ukus koji ostavlja bez reci i verujte da bilo koji kupovni sok ne moze da mu parira.

As you can see in the picture, I cut several pieces of different fruits and the end product is an abundance of vitamins and a beautiful taste that leaves you speechless and believe me, any purchased juice can not match it.
