The world would probably not consider me healthy, but last year when my friend had a heart attack, I have been making an effort to live a better lifestyle. I had already done a pretty good job of cutting down on red meat and pork in my diet as well as eating more green vegetables and things of that sort. More recently, I have been getting up every morning around 4 or 5 AM and doing some exercise. I will either do a half hour work out at home that is composed of some aerobic walking or my wife and I will go down to the park for a two to three mile walk. I haven't been back to the doctor in a while to see if it is making a difference, but I definitely feel better.

I'm glad to hear that you prioritize your health and did adjustments to your lifestyle. We sometimes struggle realizing the need for a better lifestyle but as long as we improve that's definitely going to be good! :)
