What is your daily routine to stay healthy?

I'm interested to know what do you guys do to stay healthy. I think a balanced routine should consist in activities that improves our mental and physical health. I think about reducing stress or meditating as part of mental health for example; excercise and diet as part of physical health. What do you think?

The world would probably not consider me healthy, but last year when my friend had a heart attack, I have been making an effort to live a better lifestyle. I had already done a pretty good job of cutting down on red meat and pork in my diet as well as eating more green vegetables and things of that sort. More recently, I have been getting up every morning around 4 or 5 AM and doing some exercise. I will either do a half hour work out at home that is composed of some aerobic walking or my wife and I will go down to the park for a two to three mile walk. I haven't been back to the doctor in a while to see if it is making a difference, but I definitely feel better.

I'm glad to hear that you prioritize your health and did adjustments to your lifestyle. We sometimes struggle realizing the need for a better lifestyle but as long as we improve that's definitely going to be good! :)

good food and exercise go a long way! Aso friends and family are very important, but even more important is a mind at peace with itself

Definitely friends and family also play a huge role in our wellbeing.

After watching the Documentary "What the Health". I made the decision to be vegetarian.
Being born into a family of heavy Non-Veg eaters, it was difficult at first to endure the change of lifestyle, but i stuck on it and eventually my family supported.

I made the change due to health reason's current and future(due to consumption of meat). I am now officially a vegetarian,for 8 months, and I feel active, fit and lite.

I exercise and meditate everyday, and it has bought a big change in my well being.
My meditation consists of a Guided Track by Vishen Lakhiani(Available on Youtube). Its Called 6 phase meditation.
