After watching the Documentary "What the Health". I made the decision to be vegetarian.
Being born into a family of heavy Non-Veg eaters, it was difficult at first to endure the change of lifestyle, but i stuck on it and eventually my family supported.

I made the change due to health reason's current and future(due to consumption of meat). I am now officially a vegetarian,for 8 months, and I feel active, fit and lite.

I exercise and meditate everyday, and it has bought a big change in my well being.
My meditation consists of a Guided Track by Vishen Lakhiani(Available on Youtube). Its Called 6 phase meditation.
