Durante algunos meses de trabajo hemos descubierto cosas maravillosas, entre estas, que en “Hive Monagas” existe un potencial talento de usuarios que, incluso con sencillas publicaciones, dejan en alto el nombre de nuestro Ecosistema Blockchain. Parte de ello es posible, desde luego, al entusiasmo que nos define como venezolanos. ¡Somos una gran comunidad nacional! Una comunidad que aporta valores maravillosos en una Web3 que cada vez más está siendo adoptada en nuestro país. Basados en esa premisa, hemos incluido una nueva meta: hacer valer los valores de la descentralización y la participación.

De alguna manera “construimos” bases sólidas para el Internet del futuro, ya sea desarrollando esas oportunidades en plataformas o startups increíbles dentro de la Web3 de Hive, o demostrando la propiedad digital mediante la creación de contenidos. Es por eso que desde el Proyecto Hive Monagas proponemos ampliar la participación para seguir construyendo junto a la comunidad de Hivers de nuestra región.
Basados en esto le presentamos la comunidad:

During some months of work we have discovered wonderful things, among these, in "Hive Monagas" there is a potential talent of users that, even with simple publications, leave high the name of our Blockchain Ecosystem. Part of this is possible, of course, due to the enthusiasm that defines us as Venezuelans, we are a great national community! A community that brings wonderful values in a Web3 that is increasingly being adopted in our country. Based on that premise, we have included a new goal: to enforce the values of decentralization and participation.

We somehow "build" solid foundations for the Internet of the future, either by developing those opportunities into amazing platforms or startups within Hive's Web3, or by demonstrating digital ownership through content creation. That is why we propose to expand participation from the Hive Monagas Project to continue building together with the community of Hivers in our region.

Builders Hive Monagas
Builders Hive Monagas es una comunidad descentralizada que busca ampliar las oportunidades de participación a sus usuarios, integrándolos en un espacio donde puedan exponer sus ideas, sus iniciativas y sus experiencias como Hivers. Todo esto forma parte de nuestro nuevo enfoque de promoción sobre el ecosistema de Hive, sustentándonos en los resultados previos que hemos logrado en otras actividades como Hive Visita tu Universidad y el Monagas Pizza Day.
En este sentido, el nacimiento de esta comunidad supone un nuevo proyecto “Hive Monagas”, mucho más robusto, dejando a un lado el anterior esquema de promoción que se estaba realizando. Eso no quiere decir que las actividades educativas sobre Hive han culminado, ¡al contrario! Ahora se diseñará una propuesta más global, que sea el punto de partida para la difusión de nuestro ecosistema Blockchain manteniendo la visión general que lo conceptualiza. Estamos muy contentos con estos cambios tan necesarios.
Sabemos que en la evolución de Hive Monagas hemos tenido algunos tropiezos, sin embargo, el entusiasmo de nuestra comunidad ha prevalecido por encima de todo y esto gracias al trabajo que desde un principio nos propusimos para preservar, en todo sentido, los valores que definen a nuestra Blockchain. Fue así que llevamos a cabo diferentes encuentros educativos y recreativos, haciendo cambios importantes y necesarios en el camino para una mejor difusión de Hive, y en aras de seguir esa misión y visión promovida principalmente por @morenow, @corimarstorys y @soldierofdreams, deseamos que esta comunidad sea un espacio de encuentro y trabajo en equipo, donde las buenas ideas e iniciativas en comunidad prevalezcan por encima de cualquier adversidad. Recuerde:
Builders Hive Monagas is a decentralized community that seeks to expand participation opportunities to its users, integrating them into a space where they can expose their ideas, their initiatives, and their experiences as Hivers. All this is part of our new promotional approach to the Hive ecosystem, based on the previous results we have achieved in other activities such as "Hive Visiting you University" and the Monagas Pizza Day.
In this sense, the birth of this community means a new "Hive Monagas" project, much more robust, leaving aside the previous promotion scheme that was being carried out. This does not mean that the educational activities on Hive have culminated, on the contrary! Now a more global proposal will be designed, which will be the starting point for the dissemination of our Blockchain ecosystem while maintaining the general vision that conceptualizes it. We are very happy with these much-needed changes.
We know that in the evolution of Hive Monagas, we have had some setbacks, however, the enthusiasm of our community has prevailed over everything and this is thanks to the work that from the beginning we set out to preserve, in every way, the values that define our Blockchain. It was thus that we carried out different educational and recreational meetings, making important and necessary changes in the way for better dissemination of Hive, and in the interest of following that mission and vision promoted mainly by @morenow, @corimarstorys, and @soldierofdreams, we want this community to be a space for meeting and teamwork, where good ideas and community initiatives prevail over any adversity. En “Builders Hive Monagas” toda idea es bienvenida basándonos en el respeto y la sana comunicación. Desde el renovado Proyecto Hive Monagas queremos que esos valores prevalezcan. Sabemos que en ocasiones resulta difícil comprender lo que significa una “comunidad descentralizada”, pero desde este nuevo equipo nuestra meta es garantizarla. Ahora bien:

Vivencias como Hivers, encuentros o Meetups, y cualquier evento que involucre la educación y promoción sobre nuestro ecosistema en actividades realizadas en esta parte de Venezuela. Si usted es un nuevo usuario dentro de Hive, también es bienvenido, le estaremos guiando en sus primeros pasos.
