I am Ayşegül from Istanbul, Turkey's most populous city. Travel means life to me.
To the extent that my budget allows, by seizing every opportunity, I had the opportunity to visit more than 40 countries, 100 foreign cities, and nearly 50 cities in my own country.
I am a textile engineer and have been working in the textile industry for 32 years.
It will be a pleasure for me to share my travel experiences and memories with you.
My first article and photos are from my childhood dream "Taj Mahal".
The Taj Mahal is the greatest work ever built for a woman after her death.
Precious stones, mainly white marble, are used in its construction.
The wonder is on the UNESCO World Heritage list. I couldn't stop crying when I saw it.
The Mughal emperor Shah Jahan had this magnificent building built for his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal (Banu Begum).
Its construction began in 1631 and was completed in 22 years. This awesome building, which is made by employing 20000 workers, was actually designed as a mausoleum.
The work was designed completely symmetrically and in its construction, great Turkish architect Mimar Sinan's students were also included.
Along with Turkish architects, artists from all over the world were brought.
The Taj Mahal, located in the center of 'Agra' in India, opens with the sunrise in the morning and closes in the evening with the sunset.
It would be wise to visit as early as possible, there's a lot to see. We were there around 7 am.
It is forbidden to bring drones, tripods, cigarettes, lighters, food, chewing gum, etc. inside. There is a custodian at the door and if you have any of these with you, you have to leave them.
There is also a sunset point in the north of the city. You can also go here before sunset and spend time. It looks legendary.
Entry Fees were around $20 per person in 2019.
The memory of the "Taj Mahal" is always fresh in my mind. I hope everyone can get a chance to see it.

Olanaklarım elverdiği ölçüde, her fırsatı değerlendirerek, 53 yaşıma geldiğim bu günlerde 40 ülke, 100’den fazla şehir ve kendi ülkemde de 50’ye yakın şehri gezme fırsatım oldu.

TAC MAHAL
Tac Mahal’den, bu güne kadar bir kadın için, ölümünün ardından yaptırılmış en büyük eser diye bahsediliyor. Yapımında beyaz mermer esas olmak üzere, birçok değerli taşın da kullanıldığı bu dünya harikası, Unesco Dünya Mirası listesinde bulunmakta. Gördüğümde gözyaşlarıma engel olamadım.
Babür imparatoru Şah Cihan çok sevdiği eşi Mümtaz Mahal (Banu Begüm) için yaptırmış bu şahane yapıyı. 1631 yılında yapımına başlanıp, 22 yılda, 20000 işçi çalışılarak yapılan bu müthiş yapı, aslında bir türbe olarak yapılmış.
Eser tamamen simetrik olarak tasarlanmış ve yapımında Mimar Sinan’ın öğrencilerinin de bulunduğu Türk mimarlar ile birlikte, dünyanın her yerinden sanatçılar getirilmiş.
Hindistan’ın ‘Agra’ kentinde, merkezde bulunan Tac Mahal, sabah gün doğumu ile açılıp, akşamüstü günbatımı ile kapanmakta; mümkün olduğunca erken giderseniz, görmeniz ve fotoğraf çekimleri çok kolay olacaktır. Biz sabah 7 gibi oradaydık.
İçeriye drone, tripot, sigara, çakmak, yiyecek, sakız vs sokmak yasak. Kapıda emanetçi var ve yanınızda bunlardan varsa bırakmak zorundasınız.
Şehrin kuzeyinde de bir gün batımı noktası var. Buraya da gün batımından önce gidip vakit geçirebilirsiniz. Efsane gözüküyor.
Giriş ücretleri: Kişi başı 20 $ civarı, gün batımı noktası da 5 $ civarı idi.(2019 yılında)
Tac Mahal anı kumbaramda baş köşede durur. Umarım her isteyen görme fırsatı bulabilir.

Taj Mamal en çok görmek istediğim yapılardan birisi. Küçükken televizyonda hep bu muhteşem yapı ile ilgili hikayeler ve filmler görürdüm ve hep orayı çok merak ederdim.
