Not really, but that is just my lifestyle I think. If I didn't get up and do it right away I wouldn't do it by the time I got home from work. I can tell the days I don't get up it kind of throws my whole day off. My hope was once I got into a routine it would be easier or at least a little enjoyable. Here I am two or three years in and that still isn't the case. I think if I were actually seeing some results I might feel differently, but I don't think I have lost a single pound since I started...

I guess it comes down to diet then for you. It is a massive factor for me.
You would think so, but I actually eat pretty well. My wife went to a nutritionist and they said they wished all of their patients ate like her and I do. Tons of fruits and veggies. High fiber, high protein. I don't get it. If I had to guess, it's probably the alcohol but we only drink a couple each night on the weekends.
